New at NAB 2004 from Studer is the Vista 8 large-frame live broadcast Console and the On-Air 3000 desk

Vista 8 is a development in the highly successful Studer Vistonics range, combining the automation capabilities of the Vista 7 and the on-air ergonomics of the Vista 6.

Vista 8 has a completely redesigned central control bay housing 12 faders and a Vistonics TFT screen, with direct access to up to 52 output signals. With its full width fader panel Vista 8 is ideally suited to fitting in compact locations such as smaller control rooms and mobiles.

Also shown was the On Air 3000, displayed in several alternative formats.

Intended for larger radio stations and networks, the OnAir 3000 combines the familiar Studer Touch'n'Action user interface with a completely new fanless DSP processing core – the
S-Core, a major innovation in radio console design.

This 3rd generation system is highly flexible and configurable, and is available in sizes from
3 to 48 faders.

Also on display were the Studer OnAir 500 compact digital broadcast and self-op DJ console, perfect for smaller stations and mobile use.
